Week 89

April 25
Today was really good. We had zone activity. We played Volleyball and Basketball. We taught Rachael a new member lesson and then we went to share the ward mission plan with the Carson's who are really cool as well. 

April 26

Today was good. We did some weekly planning. We had a Webex meeting. We had interviews which went really well. We had dinner at the apartment. We had coordination and then splits where I shared the ward mission plan with the Hadley's. We then exchanges with the Assistants. 

April 27

Today was stressful and good. I was in Glendale with Elder Byington. We had a busy day full of teaching. Elder Byington is really cool. Nice to head back to the area tonight though. 

April 28

Today was pretty stressful and disappointing. Elder Holland's flight was delayed so he didn't end up coming to the mission meeting which was a big bummer. President Lynn G. Robins was really good though. We had dinner at Red Lobster with a YSA member. We taught Ariana a new member lessons to answer all her questions from the Book of Mormon to end the night. 

April 29

We met with Sister Wentworth. We did weekly planning. We had dinner with Julio Denoso. We made visits all night. 

April 30

We worked on our title of Liberty for the zone. We visited the Copes. We made some visits before having dinner with the Young's. We made visits the rest of the night. 

May 1

Today was good. We had dinner at the Starchman's with the Garbetts who signed up but were invited to a birthday party haha! We made visits all night.

Week 88

April 18
Today was really good. We played a lot of ball! We also got the news that Elder Holland is coming to the mission on the 28th!!! So stoked for that! We taught Racheal a new member lesson. We went to FHE then made some visits to end the night. 

April 19

Today was really good. Our lesson cancelled. We served at Eve's Treasures which was good. We had dinner at the apartment. We had coordination and Splits where we shared #inspireinviteexcite to end the night. 

April 20

Today was good. We did our weekly planning. We helped Julio Donoso clean out his pool. We had dinner with the Alexander's. We made visits all night. Including following a cat!

April 20

Today our morning and afternoon was filled with project connect which was interesting but fun. We had dinner with the McClellan's. We made visits all night. 

April 21

Today we participated in the service project Project connect which was fun. We had dinner with the McClellan's. Then we made visits all night. 

April 22

We had district meeting. We met with Sister Wentworth. We had dinner dropped off by the Hicks. We made visits before sharing a message with the Stauffer's. 

April 23 

Today we cleaned up the riverbed as a zone. We worked on our signs for the initiative. We had dinner at the apartment then made some visits to end the night. 

April 24

Today was good. My talk went well. We went to mission prep after church. We had dinner with Julio and his family which was good. We made some visits to end the night.

Week 87

April 12
Today was good. Got the transfer news that I'm going to be companions with Elder Melsen again!!! Staying in the zone! We played some ball. We had dinner at the Livingston's. We had coordination and then shared #SeekAndServe with the Darrow's.

April 13

Today was good. After transfers we got settled into the house. We made some visits before having dinner at the apartment. We coordinated with Bishop Stringem and then had a lesson with the Helton's to end the night. 

April 14

Today was really good! We worked on stake reports all afternoon. We had dinner at the apartment. We made some visits before going on splits where I visited a brother Smith. We then visited with Bishop Alkema who is awesome!

April 15

Today was good. We made a lot of visits and got a lot of no answers. We had district meeting which. We met with sister Wentworth. We had dinner with Julio and his girlfriend. We made visits all night. 

April 16

Today was pretty good. We had both lessons cancel on us. We met with both High councilors over missionary work for the two stakes. We had dinner at the apartment and then made visits. 

April 17

Today was good. I got to go to the YSA ward today. We had dinner with the Weiss family who are cool! We the went to a Stake Priesthood meeting to end the night. 

Week 86

April 4
Pday was pretty good today. We made cookies as a district then played ball with the zone. We made visits all night. 

April 5

Today we had MLC which was good. We had dinner with the Gibson's. We had coordination and then shared a message with the Bañuelos to end the night. 

April 6

We met with the leadership in the zone today to coordinate for zone meeting. I then went with Elder Melsen for the day. We had an interesting dinner with the Bone's. And made visits all night before exchanging back. 

April 7

Today was good. We did a cool service project where we highlighted Book of Mormon copies for one of the other Elders members who has a really successful scrapbook it business send out. We practiced for the musical number for zone meeting. We weekly planned. We had dinner with the Agren's. We made visits all night. 

April 8

Today was good. Zone meeting went really well! We had dinner with the Copenhaver's. We visited President Womack and then made some more visits before ending the night. 

April 9

We went on exchanges today. I was with Elder Glanzer in his area. He's a really good young missionary. Not any set teaching appointments but dropping by and sharing messages. Pretty good day. 

April 10

Today was really good. Church was normal. We then taught our new investigator Marie which was really great! We had dinner with the Freeman's which was good then made some visits to end the night. 

April 11

Today was good. We met with the a Relief Society presidency to go over the Perry plan. We did the same service project as earlier in the week. We made some visits before having dinner with President Hinton and his family. We made visits all night afterwards. 

Week 85

March 28

Today was good! We balled it up for pday. Tonight we shared a message with the Montgomery's then we shared #SeekAndServe with the Hinton's then the Holmes to end the night!

March 29

Today was good. I was supposed to have a call with my college advisor but she was confused so we rescheduled. We met with Brother Heaton to discuss the ward and initiatives. We made some visits before having dinner with Bishop Abbott and his family. We had coordination which was good then made some visits to end the night. 

March 30

Today was good. We cut down branches at the Eislen's. We had lunch then made some visits. We had dinner with sister Marino at a Mexican restaurant. We made visits all night. 

March 31

Today was good. We had weekly planning. I had a call with my college advisor which went well. We had dinner at the Ekins. We shared a message with the Greer's. We made visits to end the night. 

April 1

Today was pretty good. District meeting went well. We had dinner dropped off by Brother Boizelle. We made visits all night. 

April 2

Today was awesome conference was legit! We had dinner with the spears. After the priesthood session we helped the Padgetts move their piano and shared a message to end the night. 

April 3

Today was awesome. General conference was legit. Had a Potipher's wife experience then had dinner at the Heaton's. We visited the Freita's for a bit then made some other visits before heading in.

Week 84

Hello all....

March 21

Today was good. We helped move the sisters in our district into their apartment then went about normal pday activities. We didn't go to the church because nobody was going to be there so I played a lot of guitar. We made visits all night. 

March 22

We made visits all afternoon. We had dinner with Sister Guthrie and Bill Franke. We made visits to end the night. 

March 23

We did some geocoding. We made visits all afternoon afterwards. Our dinner appointment didn't confirm or answer the door so we ate at Taco Bell. We taught Bill which went alright then made some visits to end the night. 

March 24

Today was good. We had zone conference/ interviews which went well. We made a couple visits before having dinner with the Taylor's which was good. We made a couple visits before sharing #SeekAndServe with Bishop Abbott and his family!

March 25

Today was good. We did our weekly planning. We made a couple visits before having dinner with Sister Freitas and her husband. We then went to the new move in member social which was good but it made me too full haha! We then shared #SeekAndServe with the Bañuelos family to end the night. 

March 26

Today Elder Melsen and I coordinated zone leader stuff to get on the same page. We then went to a baptism with Bill Franke. We went to dinner at Culver's. We made some visits and then taught our new investigator Courtney who is pretty cool! 

March 27

Happy Easter everyone! Church was good but nothing out of the ordinary. We made some visits before having dinner at the Snyders! They had us participate in an Easter egg hunt with their kids which was a lot of fun haha! We made visits to end the night.

Week 83

Hello everyone!

March 14

Today was good. Before we went and shopped we helped someone give a blessing.  We went to the Peoria stake center and played basketball. We made some visits then shared #SeekAndServe with The Warnhoff's. We made a couple visits to end the night. 

March 15

Today was good. I was working on school stuff then we got called to give someone a blessing who only had a couple hours left so that was a little sad. We made some visits in the afternoon. We had dinner with the Anderson's. We made some visits before our lesson with the Bañuelos family but our priesthood holder forgot and had gone to the temple so we rescheduled. 

March 16

Today was good. We taught Faye which was frustrating. We had dinner with the Greers. We taught Bill Franke which was frustrating. We then shared #SeekAndServe with the Richardson's. 

March 17

Today was good. We had weekly planning. We had dinner with the Smiths and taught one of his co workers. We then shared #SeekAndServe with the Mascovich's to end the night. 

March 18

We had district meeting which was not my favorite but it's all good. We made some visits before having dinner with the Goodsell's. We media visits before sharing a message with the Bañuelos family to end the night. 

March 19
Today was good. Our lesson with the Allen's and Courtney cancelled. We made visits before having dinner with the Clouds. We made visits all night. 

March 20

Today was good. Bill, Faye, and John were at church. My talk went really well! We had dinner with Sister Buttars. We made visits all night because Tony rescheduled with us.
